Love this place so much! So relaxing to just sit with a coffee. Staff is always friendly and the pops are amazing too.

Several times very disappointed by “Customer Serviceâ€!!! Associates are removed, unresponsive & quite frankly a FLAT affect ! You are trying to promote a business and with that is skill , young folks today have NO social skills . I would not recommend your shop for this unfriendly and rude service! Even if my family foregoes having Hyppo pops . Management should review what is required to train or enhance these skills in their services! A smile and kind gesture, immediate response to a customer when they walk in ! HELLO! Come on get with it Without the customer, you would not have business. Best wishes!

Amazing place🤩 I wanted to go since I moved to Saint Augustine. Delicious coffee, and chocolate cookies😠And the service is really good too.
